Home health is designed for people who have difficulty leaving their home due to an illness, but also need medical monitoring as ordered by a physician. At AdvanTx, we provide services to many, including Medicare and Medicaid patients as well as veterans.

If you have traditional Medicare, your home health services are covered at 100%. That means there is no out of pocket expense to you. If you have non-traditional Medicare or a private insurance plan, we will work with you to find an affordable solution to your medical needs.

Patients are certified for home health care for 60 day episodes. At the end of your episode, you and your nurse will decide if you need continued services or if you have improved enough to be discharged. There is no pre-determined limit on how many times you may be re-certified for care, as long as you are making progress and continue to be homebound. Our goal, however, is to make you as independent as possible.
